On behalf of the members of the University of Toronto Faculty Association (UTFA), I am pleased to announce that UTFA will be supporting our colleagues at MAFA with our customary donation of $3,000. UTFA is in solidarity with you as you stand up in support of the “key issues at the negotiating table are job security and compensation for part-time faculty; academic resources and workload; disability accommodation; and employer demands for concessions on tenure, promotion, and sabbatical processes.”
